 HCM BEAT CONTRIBUTOR CONTENT LICENSE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is between “Contributor” and HCM BEAT and relates to any and all contributions, comments, and other materials (“Contributor Content”) contributed, posted, or submitted by Contributor for use or consideration by HCM BEAT.

COPYRIGHT OWNERSHIP

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, Contributor will retain copyright ownership of any and all Contributor Content owned by Contributor.

LICENSE

Contributor hereby grants to HCM BEAT a perpetual, worldwide, non-terminable, sub-licensable license to use all Contributor Content without further permission or remuneration, in original language or in translation, including the right to adapt, modify, create derivative works, and reuse in other media

Contributor authorizes HCM BEAT to use Contributor’s name, likeness, photograph, and biographical data in connection with the publication of any material authored by Contributor.

Contributor may use the name and URL of HCM BEAT to link to the website and to Contributor Content and to advise others that Contributor has contributed content to HCM BEAT.  However, Contributor may not represent or imply that HCM BEAT endorses Contributor or any Contributor Content.  Contributor is not allowed to use the HCM BEAT name in connection with any commercial activity without prior written consent of HCM BEAT.

 HCM BEAT RIGHT TO EDIT OR DELETE MATERIAL

Contributor(s) will indemnify and hold HCM BEAT, and its principals, subsidiaries, assigns, sponsors, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Contributor’s violation of this Agreement, or arising out of any violation of the rights of a third party.
